Hi! I’m James, and I play Evan in How To Fix Radios. Throughout my past two years working with these guys, and learning at Studio LC, I have gained a substantial amount of film knowledge. This ranges from acting, writing, directing, editing, filming, doing sound, etc. My passion (currently) for any specific part of filmmaking is uncertain, however, I plan to continue pursuing it through higher education and making films with my friends.

Some of my interests and hobbies include creative writing, playing basketball, working with kids at the Boys and Girls Club and watching movies. In addition to that, I also enjoy learning about hot button issues our society faces (ie: race relations, LGBTQ+ issues, climate change, etc.). As such, one of the principal reasons I wanted to join this film was to be a part of a project which depicts people who are LGBTQ+ in a positive light. Also, I just really enjoyed getting to meet and hang out with some incredible people.

If you’d like to reach me, I can be contacted at my email, jamesarudden@gmail.com, my twitter, @fatherjames or my instagram, @james.rudden.

Hello! I am a very queer 19 year old actor, specifically the one who played Ross in How To Fix Radios. I’ve loved acting since I was very young, and I met most of these guys in the high school film making program Studio LC. I was very honoured to act in this movie, and I look forward to acting in future projects as well! Some of my hobbies (other than acting) include: creative writing, playing music, cooking, and playing Dungeons and Dragons.

I am contactable via email at dee.c.j.watson@gmail.com, and my Instagram is @d.e.e.watson.

Have a nice day! :^)

Hey there! I'm Willa, your typical witchy teen lesbian and I play Eileen in How To Fix Radios. Though I’m no seasoned actress, I enjoy being in front of a camera and had a true pleasure working alongside such beautiful cast and crew members to bring our film to life.

On a personal level my interests include sewing and fashion, visual and dramatic arts, nature, creative writing, activism and travel.

Unlike many of the friends of mine who I worked with on set of How To Fix Radios, I have limited experience with film, however it was an extremely lovely and rewarding experience that I am excited to share with others!!

I can be contacted by email at willa77crowder@gmail.com or on my Instagram, @willa.crowder.

Hey! I am an actor/musician and I play Jake in How to Fix Radios. I am also a guy who does his best to not be the asshole I pretend to be in this film. Anyways, please don't hate me. I have been acting in theatre in film since I was 8 and have been playing music even longer. I met Casper and the rest of these dummies in the Studio LC Film Program and have been riding their coat-tails ever since. Hopefully that pans out for me. On How to Fix Radios I also got the opportunity to write the score and some of the soundtrack which is pretty sick if i’m being honest. In my spare time I like writing, singing, filmmaking, and playing hockey.

I can be reached at hectorjenkinsmusic@gmail.com, on my instagram @hectormjenkins, my tweeter @KaraokeStupe or by carrier pigeon if you can figure that one out.

Nice to meet you! I'm Casper (no, not like the beloved ghost of the 90's) and I am one of the two directors (as well as the editor, foley artist, lighting designer, the annoying, whiny hick, and co-writer, but those aren't as cool sounding!) on How to Fix Radios. I grew up with a love of film, television, books, and storytelling in general and was able to put these passions to use when I joined the Studio LC program at LCVI with most of the other folks on our crew. As a queer person, I found myself, like many others, frustrated with the lack of an extensive catalogue of LGBTQ+ characters and media to relate to (although they're definitely out there, but the extent doesn't seem to be broad enough) and specifically, saw very few stories that were anything like what I was going through. So I made it my mission to make those stories, and help in any way I can to assist others in making their own as well. About a year ago I started to formulate the idea for How to Fix Radios, and with the help of my friend Emily Russell, began to write the script for the film. The rest is history!

I am currently a freelance photographer, videographer, and editor working in the KFL&A region.

Howdy. I was the kid behind the camera on How To Fix Radios, which is truly my favourite place to be. I’m very passionate about the arts, birds, creative writing, and travel. Seeing as I couldn’t jetset to some foreign place this summer, I settled for making a feature length film with my buddies. I’ve found a community with them unlike anything I’ve ever known, although maybe next time it would be great if someone else could get their driver’s licence so I don’t have to be the SHUTTLE SERVICE again. You guys still owe me gas money.

You can contact me at emclairerussell@gmail.com if you have any interesting bird facts or other inquiries.
